Et Cetera Farm
Et Cetera Farm is a certified organic small family farm run by Yong Yuk and Jeana Park at their home in Ghent, NY. They grow staples like mesclun greens and carrots along with more hard to find items like ginger, daikon, napa cabbage and bok choy. The family not only sells at farmers markets and stores, they grow much of the food they eat. The farm includes two rice paddies that produce enough for the whole family to eat. They also produce their own kimchee and grow sugar cane on the property.
