For thirty five years, we have owned and operated Staron Farm between Chatham and Valatie, New York. The largest potato growers in Columbia County, New York, we also grow  strawberries, greens, peas, beans, beets, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, squash, melons, cucumbers, corn, pumpkins, tomatoes and peppers.
